Your outage work is coordinated with you by a single point contact either at our North American offices or at your site - depending on the plans for each specific outage. This single point contact, either your assigned Customer Service Manager, your Resident Engineer or a specific Outage Project Manager for larger outages, will handle all communications and coordination with Mitsubishi engineering, factories and subcontractors. You concentrate on the things you do best. We can concentrate on the rest.
