Mitsubishi today is the home of a strong self-developed and maintained technology base for gas and steam turbines and generators.  Through the years, as this technology base grew and evolved, Mitsubishi had technology associations with several of the pioneering European and American turbine and generator manufacturers.  As a result, Mitsubishi has very broad and deep experience with multiple turbine and generator technologies, as provided by several different manufacturers and their licensees.

In the staffing of Mitsubishi Power Systems and the Power Generation Service business unit, a focus was to hire and qualify experienced North American turbine and generator engineers.  A parallel focus was to locate state-of-the-art service facilities in North America, managed from our Orlando Service Center.  As a result of these strategies, Mitsubishi Power Systems has key management and technical personnel with hundreds of years of experience gained while working for several different turbine and generator manufacturers, for operating power generation companies and for some of the best known non-OEM turbine and generator service companies.
